Manchester United frontrunners to sign Chelsea midfielder

Chelsea are understood to be open to offers for the former Vasco da Gama academy graduate, who is valued at £34 million (€40 million) by Transfermarkt. While not officially on the market, the west London club’s willingness to negotiate has encouraged suitors, with Juventus also maintaining a watching brief.
