Subsequent examinations by the club’s Medical Services revealed a muscle injury in the soleus of the player’s right leg, with his recovery timeline left “pending evolution.”

The 26-year-old was forced off during the match and, while the club has not disclosed the expected length of his absence, muscle injuries of this nature typically require a cautious rehabilitation process.
