Bradley Barcola is coming to spearhead Liverpool summer attacking rebuild

Liverpool are preparing for a major attacking overhaul in the 2026 summer transfer window, and Paris Saint-Germain’s 23-year-old forward Bradley Barcola has emerged as the prime target to lead the rebuild.

Barcola’s contract runs until 2028, but with no guarantee of regular starts the Parisians could opt to cash in. Arsenal and Liverpool are described as the two Premier League clubs best placed to capitalise, with the Merseysiders particularly attracted by the winger’s versatility and data profile. The report highlights his expected assists and non-penalty goals as metrics that align with sporting director Richard Hughes and head coach Arne Slot’s desire to inject pace and variety into the squad.

Although naturally left-sided, Barcola is comfortable on the right or even through the middle, offering the multifaceted threat Liverpool crave as they look to accelerate their attack ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.
