Real Madrid will not consider any offers for 19-year-old wonderkid – report
Real Madrid have shut the door on any summer departure for 19-year-old striker Endrick, insisting the Brazilian will remain part of the first-team squad next season once his loan at Olympique Lyon concludes, according to a report by Mario Cortegana of The Athletic.
Endrick, who swapped Palmeiras for the Spanish capital in July 2024, found minutes hard to come by during the first half of the campaign and opted for a six-month switch to Ligue 1 in January. The move has paid dividends: in 16 competitive matches for Lyon the teenager has contributed six goals and six assists, easing earlier concerns about his adaptation to European football.
With Gonzalo Garcia expected to leave the club in the coming window, Madrid see Endrick as the natural deputy to Kylian Mbappé in the central striking role. Club officials have now communicated that stance directly to the player and his representatives, persuading them to shelve plans to review external offers once the season ends.
Since arriving in Madrid, Endrick has worn the white shirt 40 times, scoring seven goals and setting up one. Los Blancos, who invested heavily to secure his signature from Brazil, believe the loan spell in France has accelerated his development and confirmed his long-term potential.
As a result, Real Madrid will reject any approaches this summer and will instead integrate the forward into pre-season preparations ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.
