Bayern Munich Frauen romp to 5-0 victory over SGS Essen

The contest was effectively decided inside the opening nine minutes. Giulia Gwinn’s pinpoint cross in the 4th minute found Pernille Harder unmarked, and the Denmark international steered home the opener. Moments later, Essen captain Jaqueline Meißner was shown a straight red for a last-ditch foul on Franziska Kett. From the resulting free-kick, Linda Dallmann, fresh from signing a new deal with the club, headed in Bayern’s second.
